In the best golf communities, the course establishes a sense of place which adds value throughout the community, and not just to golf frontage lots.  Tom’s training in landscape architecture enables him to see the big picture, getting both the golf holes and the development in the right place so that neither handicaps the other.  We won’t do a development project unless we are involved in the land plan from day one.
